Strength Training for Youths seminar this Saturday.

Our Senior Team Strength & Conditioning Coach, Mark Durcan will be hosting a seminar and practical workshop titled "Strength Training for Youths" with Derek Doohan from The Movement Gym this Saturday, August 24th at 12pm in The Movement.

The seminar is open to all coaches, parents, athletes, teenagers and youths & will aim to dispel some of the myths surrounding strength training for youths, explaining why strength training is safe, beneficial and perhaps vital for young boys and girls. On the day you will learn what age is safe to start strength training and combined with the practical workshop you will learn how to safely and effectively perform some fundamental strength exercises.
