Healthy Eating/Nutrition Online Course - March 20th

We are holding an online Healthy Eating/Nutritional course on Saturday 20th March from 11 to 1pm.
The session, with Lorraine McHale B.Ed.(Home Econ), will focus on sports nutrition and cooking three healthy meals for optimum performance – you can cook the meals at home while watching. The session offers invaluable tools not only for young athletes serious about optimising their performance, but also for young adults potentially progressing into third level education - their first requirement fending for themselves in the kitchen.
It will be fun, practical, educational, and sport and health oriented.
