As you may be aware by now, Bosh Bar and Restaurant, is regretfully closing shortly. We at Castlebar Mitchels feel that before their doors close for the last time it would be remiss of us not to gather once more under their roof.

The proprietor’s of Bosh, Mick and Mary McDonnell, have been fantastic supporters of Castlebar Mitchels down through the years. They have regularly held fundraising events for us such as Coffee Mornings and Table Quizzes as well as contributing to team training funds. They were always proud to have our club colours on display both inside and outside the premises with our silverware regularly displayed behind the counter.

To mark the end of an era, we have decided to hold a Club Social Night on Thursday April 19th from 9pm onwards in Bosh. This will give all associated with the club from members & supporters to players & managers the chance to say thank you to Mick and Mary for all they have done for us.

Special thanks also to Des Carey and all the excellent staff across the years who also looked after us so well.

It promises to be a great night of craic and banter while reminiscing on some of the great occasions we have had there over the years.

Everybody is invited and very welcome to come along.
